Dr. D'Amato and his wife Janice of twenty five years have two daughters. He and his family have been residents of
Wise County VA since 1986.As a family man he strives to balance the demands of maintaining harmonious family life with the demands of a skilled surgical practitioner. In order to provide the most modern and beneficial skills to his patients. He has an ongoing commitment to pursue the best educational opportunities in order to become skilled in the most modern and safest surgical techniques today.
The Southwest Surgical Clinic houses three treatment rooms, a waiting area, and administrative offices. There are no laboratory, x-ray or pharmacy services on the premises.
